Aravind Thippanaik

Aravind Thippanaik discovered his passion for sculpting over a decade ago. He is a self-taught artist with no formal training in fine arts. He now resides in Goa and has trained with Thomas Louis.
His body of work under the label 'Clay Lab Goa' is inspired by people, animals, stories and mythology. He explores various materials like ceramic, metal and wood to bring his sculptures to life. Each sculpture is unique and at times quirky… meant to evoke a mood, a memory or a reverie.
Aravind is passionate about the natural world and hopes that his work will bring about compassion and sensitivity towards it.
